    To become a partner of SonarHome, you need to schedule a meeting with one of our representatives. To do so, please schedule a meeting using the provided link. We highly encourage using the latter option as it lets you quickly reserve the best time for the meeting.

    A new lead initially goes to only one agency, but if there is no first attempt to contact the client within 2 business days, the system rejects the lead and assigns it to another agency. Quick contact is crucial to increase the chance of signing a contract.

    Currently, the client also has the option of choosing whether to be contacted by one advisor or several. If the client is interested in learning about the terms of cooperation in several agencies then such a lead is directed to several agencies simultaneously.

    The partner has 24 hours to contact a lead. After that time, the lead will be assigned to another partner.

    Every new lead is visible in the agency dashboard.

    The number of leads allocated to individual partners depends on several factors, particularly the total number of leads acquired by SonarHome in a given city, the number of partners operating in that area, and the effectiveness of each partner's performance.

    At SonarHome, we aim to provide customers the best possible service in collaboration with our partners. We only work with trusted agencies, which assures us that each partner communicates with the clients referred to them proactively and effectively, and SonarHome's involvement is usually unnecessary. However, suppose we do not receive regular updates from the partner regarding the status of transactions with referred clients. In that case, we will reach out to the customers to ensure the service progresses smoothly.
