    The free online real estate price calculator works based on a sophisticated in-house artificial intelligence algorithm that analyzes real estate market data, incorporating at least hundreds of thousands of listings from the major advertising portals.


    Pricing is created based on the following:

    - the unique sales listings from portals;

    - the features of the apartment (such as location, square footage, the standard of finish, floor, year of construction, or the availability of an elevator in the building);

    - the current transaction prices of similar apartments in the area.

    The tool instantaneously compiles similar apartment data in the area. Then, it estimates the value of the property depending on various factors - this way. As a result, the client gets a reliable and up-to-date valuation every time.  

    Offer prices are the prices quoted in the listings. These values reflect the sellers’ expectations and are subject to negotiation.

    The final sale prices - and consequently the transaction prices - are often significantly lower. According to data from the National Bank of Poland, the advertised prices differ from transaction prices by 8 to 17%.
