Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of presenting you with a proposal to purchase a property (art. 6 par. 1 lit. b, c and f RODO), verifying the data you have provided for the purpose of preparing such proposal (art. 6 par. 1 lit. b, c and f RODO), contacting you (art. 1 lit. a, b and f RODO), for the purposes of direct marketing by the Administrator, its subsidiaries and partners, including real estate agents and real estate buyers (if you give your consent - art. 6 par. 1 lit. a RODO), and on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator listed in point 4 of Privacy Policy. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator, i.e. service providers and companies cooperating with the Administrator, shared with the Administrator's subsidiaries, property buyers cooperating with the Administrator, as well as other entities on the basis of applicable regulations. Some of the entities whose services the Administrator uses and to whom it will share your personal data may process it outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The transfer of your personal data will take place only if an adequate level of protection of your personal data is ensured, as established in the manner required by the provisions of the RODO.

Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected, which is usually one year from the last interaction, until you withdraw your consent or make an effective objection or an effective request for deletion of the data, and longer if it is necessary to establish, assert or defend against possible claims or the obligation to keep them arises from the law - for the period necessary to take such actions or the statute of limitations for claims. At the end of the data retention period, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized and, once anonymized, used for analytical and statistical purposes.

Under the terms of the RODO, you have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - in Poland it is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by sending a request to the above email address. The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, its processing is a condition for the performance of the service, including the presentation of a real estate purchase proposal to you. Your personal data may be processed by automated means, including profiling. Automated decision-making will involve matching offers and advertising content to your interests, preferences, expectations and location.
